How long does a commercial install take?
Most single-site rooftop systems are installed in one to two weeks, with minimal disruption to your operations. We schedule around your working hours and handle all scaffolding, DNO applications and sign-off.
Do we need planning permission?
Most commercial rooftop solar falls under permitted development. Where planning is needed: listed buildings, conservation areas, ground-mounts. We prepare and submit the application for you.
What does 'fully funded' actually mean?
A third party finances the system, so there's no capital outlay. You buy the power it generates at a rate below your grid tariff, cash-flow positive from day one, with ownership options at the end of the term.
What happens if something goes wrong later?
Every install is independently audited and comes with a 25-year panel performance warranty. Our aftercare plans include monitoring, servicing and a live app. We see faults before you do.
Will solar cover our whole bill?
Solar alone typically offsets 40–70% of consumption. Paired with battery storage — charging off-peak and discharging at peak, the right system can cut bills by up to 90%.
