Occupiers include Meggitt's 495,000 sq ft facility, Cadent, Rolls-Royce, LEVC, Polestar, FANUC and IPG Photonics, one of the largest concentrations of modern, PV-ready roof area in the Coventry travel-to-work area.

  • The UK Battery Industrialisation Centre, the national battery scale-up facility built for around £108m and housing over £60m of specialist manufacturing equipment, sits next to the former Coventry Airport and was officially opened in July 2021, anchoring a local cluster of high, round-the-clock electrical base loads.

  • The £2.5bn GreenPower Park scheme, led by Coventry City Council with Rigby Group on the former Coventry Airport site, secured outline consent in 2022 and detailed consent for its first phase in 2026: seven industrial units from 69,000 sq ft up to around 1.5m sq ft, within a masterplan of roughly 4.8m sq ft. Coventry Airport closed permanently on 11 June 2026.
